I think it is technically possible to feed in internet via Ethernet to a 4g modem (like sierra wireless) or even an older 3g (like digi transport). Once a live Ethernet connection is made there should be option on the modem to accept data into the device via Ethernet. Once connected you would then enter your NTRIP credentials into the modem on the ntrip client page and then Connect via serial to your gps receiver of choice. You do not actually need data on the modem to do this. The device is simply doing NTIP

Note: I’ve never actually done the above, but years ago I had some 3G modems that needed updating. I connected them to a live Ethernet connection to perform the update.
There were settings in the modem related to data source. I think there was an option to turn off cellular.

My advice: find a cheap junk 3G modem with Ethernet, serial, and built in ntrip and see if you can make it work. I say “junk” since 3G is technically no longer supported by most major US cell providers.

Where do you plan to get internet from with the Ethernet?
