You don't happen to have someone messing with you?
I can't believe it is leaking all the way around where the turbo mounts on to the manifold.
Especially with white on one of the nuts.
I would run it and see what shows up.
I had a semi that used antifreeze for years. The last run I was getting about 10 miles to the gallon of antifreeze.
I never saw anything that looked remotely like that.
What ever it is must be coming from the back half of the engine though.
