NW MN | Seems like an issue for your renter and the neighbor to solve if it is one. I couldn’t imagine calling my absentee landlords with this. Take pictures sure. Dirt might be on top of snow and look worse then it is even with low amount of snow we had.
Also act of god but a good neighbor should help if there is an issue.
Does the road access a field or farm yard? If a yard do often access the yard? What’s the concern? Only access to the field?
