Bottom of the Mitten | Any reason to go bigger? Nobody has ever said "I wish I would've built this garage smaller". 32x40 will fit 3 vehicles but it will be crowded, especially if you're planning on putting other stuff in there like lawn mowers or whatever. Depends too of you have 3 compact cars or 3 4-door long box duallys with cow catcher brush guards. A separate building would be my last choice, followed by a breeze way, and first choice is attached. It's sure nice when the weather is nasty to haul in groceries or young children and not have to be in the weather
