Don't know about Rams but my 2009 Silverado had back seats that would fold up. It was a 60/40 split and either or both sides would fold. I also installed a backup camera I bought at Walmart. Pulled power from the backup light for the camera and from the backup light fuse for the monitor. Worked well for me.
