| Thinking about building a breezeway attached garage and looking to pick anyone’s brain on here who’s willing to help.
1) I’m thinking 32x40, and having 1 big door from the north (front of house) and 1 big door from west (current garage side) I’m hoping this fits 3 vehicles and all the extra stuff life seems to accumulate. Any reason to go bigger?
2) what’s the appropriate size for a breezeway? 9’ wide is sort of what I had in mind.
3) anybody do this and regret not just detaching or attaching?
4) any idea what I’m looking at for cost? I’m figuring 75k all finished out does that sound close? | |
