Borrow or buy a set of hip lifts. Lift her twice a day, ten or fifteen minutes. Three days of banamine, as I remember that's the limit. After that, consult a vet but I think you can give dexamethasone for pain and swelling. I had a run of bad luck last year with big calves out of heifers, ended up swinging two of them. One recovered in three days, the other was something like five.
