if canada really doesn`t charge a 250% tariff on US milk coming in, you can work that to your advantage. call a big news conference and make a big deal of publicly "cutting the tariff on US milk to zero!!!" then with that public goodwill you`ll be able to extract some sweet concessions from trump. however, the 250% milk tariffs are probably more of a gray area than a lie.
Do you understand quotas? If not do some research. Nearly every ag product imported into the US has a quota on it no matter the country it comes from. |
