IA | Just curious as I’m sure he is far far more informed than I am, did he say/explain why he doesn’t like the root worm traits? I’d take the deal as long as you are worried about corn borer, if you were do the same plan with double pro corn. The only other consideration I would have is putting all the costs and agreements in black and white either a signed amendment to the rental agreement or an email or text or whatever so that it can be referenced later on. Less because I wouldn’t trust the landlord and more because I don’t want any surprises on either end on payday. A surprised landlord may not be a happy landlord and wouldn’t want something like that to be the reason for the landlord looking for a new tenant | |
