west central Iowa | Dry insecticide only works if you have moisture to activate it. Is this irrigated? Are you beetle bombing with generic Capture or something else? Back before Capture, we could flair Spider Mites pretty bad. Landlord should have offered to spray beetles on last years corn. Could be setting you up for a lot of feeding. Then again maybe you have a lot of sand and don’t really see a lot of rootworm pressure. | |
