Canadians, I think, are usually ahead of u.s. on oat developemeny.
I was quoted 10.25 per 34 # bu, can$—-which is about 7.20 us—-so about 22.0 or so, u.s $, in totes, per cwt
Havnt really shopped much. And these were Mustang
