| It has been a wonderful spring for tiling. The only mud on our boots was from the top of the ground after rain or snow, not from in the trench. We did hit some frost earlier in the week putting in a deep main. We started out great and then hit hard frost as we went through a wet spot. I figure the extra moisture there froze hard and had not thawed out yet. We had to prerip through it multiple times to take that frost layer out a little at a time to get through it (It spun out two 4wd tractors before that). Once we got the main in and switched to 4 inch it was so nice and easy. | |
