Mark is right that a 53A series Deere head works pretty well. There are other options though.

I'm a little further south and east. Close to I-80.

An early maturity variety planted second week of July after wheat makes it in time. 12-1400 lb/acre has been my experience with double crop under organic management.

Just be aware that white mold risk in subsequent soybean crops does go up significantly.
