Sign up with a college team south of the Mason-Dixon line. Advice from Northwest Iowa, where it was 75 degrees three days ago, and yesterday we had 5 inches of wet snow and blizzard conditions for 8 hours. I have watched a friend of mine help out with the baseball program at a local D3 college for 15 years or so-always fighting the weather. Good luck.
