SC Sask | There was a university up in Canada that put together a rare earth element refinery plant, made a big deal about it in the news. Less then a year later it was bankrupt and sold at auction. The Chinese either manipulated the market to make it impossible for this plant to be viable or bribed the right "higher-ups" to make sure that it priced itself out of the market through regulation.
