Subject: RE: 100 years of the Grand ole Opry

All to often the award shows and TV networks get it wrong, they feature and pass out awards to the wrong artists and the wrong songs. Tonight the Grand Ole Opry and NBC got it right, many of todays great artists performing some of the historic songs of the past, and some of the really good actual country songs of today. The show was held from two locations the original opry at the Ryman Auditorium and the current Opry stage. The opry audience was a collection of todays stars and the Ryman was filled with what appears to be regular folks, both crowds had the same reaction, sing alongs, standing ovations, and tears for the heartfelt moments. Hopefully Peacock streams it so the folks that miss it can watch the replay.
