I don’t know much about it, but the ones on solar water wells and stuff only make the rated watts in perfect conditions. Kinda like the motor only pulls its max at peak load and maybe start up. I bet someone can pull it off, wonder what the motor pulls when you use it? May can cheat with some giant capacitor of sorts to use as a battery to get it rolling.
