If I end up going that direction next winter to see mom in Tucson I'll have to try to get the kids out that way. My dad was in the Air Force at Davis-Monthan AFB when he met mom. He is gone now but probably one big memory for him down there was watching the B-36 bombers landing on a runway that was too short for them to ever take off again since they were headed for the bone yard.
