If charge is same as rebate let’s say 3% you are still ahead by paying them the 3%. First you get 3% back on there 3% charge they billed you. Next you are using CC money for a short time. And that depends on timing. However I still prefer those that dont charge for doing business with them. Sometimes that uncharged transaction is what makes the deal.
