This would have to be the definition of "tighter than bark on a tree". Was helping pack up an old guys house and in the attic there was a small box labeled, "String. Too short to use." It was filled with little bits of cotton string about a foot long.
This exact same story was told earlier this winter. I remember telling my guys about it.
Any one else’s dad as cheap as mine?
