| Remember saying the exact thing years ago as a young man to an old timer setting comfortably in his chair. He looked at me intently and said “ Son, I’ll bet you can look in your bank book and tell me exactly how much money you have, but you can’t tell me how much time you have”. That has stuck with me and now I am probably older than he was at the time. In 1945 there was a tornado come through the area and my grandpa drove around picking up all the bent and twisted up tin, straightened it out best he could and built a machine shed from it, using straightened bent nails to fasten it.
