| After covid hit, the fast food place would sell food but weren't open for eating in, so on trips we began bringing a cooler with ham and cheese and miracle whip, along with enough bread and chips and some drinks. We stop at rest areas and eat at the picnic tables. We might have switched back, but they raised minimum wage and the fast food places prices have become ridiculous. When to get to our destination, we will go to a grocery store and get the fried chicken dinners from the deli. | |
