| One of the highest paying jobs out there is for one who can manage people. However, that is not for anyone, as getting people to work together is much more difficult than getting a monitor to work with a series of switches, or to get a power train to work with whatever is connected to it.
When you say those who are there ‘already know everything’ are you saying that they are well educated and have quality experience, or that they are ‘know it all’s’ and can’t be taught?
Having a change of mindset to become a manager and leader to motivate the team, and transform them into having an open mind towards innovation and increased efficiency is a job that many people do not have the personality to perform, unless they intentionally change their point of view on many issues. | |
