Westport, IN | We are looking for a way to have a business credit/debit card for multiple users. We are specifically looking for one where the named individual does not need their social tied to the card. If it needs to be a debit card that is fine, as we pay fully each month. Sometimes we pay it twice a month to stay under the credit limit.
Initially there would be 6 cards issued.
If one of the card holders had a project and a budget of $1500 was given, then that card could be limited to that amount.
Virtual cards could be issued if needed.
Forced receipt capture would be nice. (a photo of a receipt is required to be submitted before the card could be used a second time.)
A user dashboard for our treasurer/Secretary to follow expenses, limits and reload/make a payment if needed.
Our current bank does not offer this.
Any options out there.
