I would skip the fluorescent and just get flat panel LED lights that will just lay in a drop ceiling. Less power usage, a 6 bulb t-5 HO fixture like in a shop will draw about 5 amps per fixture and an equivalent LED will draw closer to 1 1/2 amps and without the heat. Of course this is assuming you don't already have the fixtures.
