Run 3208 on manual as slow as it goes to minimize butt shelling with flagship. 3000 runs better in rain and tough conditions than 1000 series. Also slowed down it works fine in down corn. 3000 is not as aggressive as 1000 and leaves more ragged stalks. Never understood all the hate for 3000 head, having cvt feeder house of flagship makes it work.
