There are better heads out there.    Geringhoff or Drago would probably be better, it would be hard to be worse.

Speaking from personal experience, a late 90 series JD corn head with Calmer stalk rolls is much better than a 3400 CIH head.     All it takes is a torch/plasma cutter and welder to make it fit on the feeder house.
