I'm gonna buck the trend of other responders and recommend you carry a complete hub assembly- bearings and seal installed- greased up with bolts and all (maybe even with rim & tire) with you. They'll be all the same and as you state, you need that ol' girl in service, not waiting for repairs or, worse yet, broke down on the side of the road. Another responder suggested spindle as well, but those can often be pretty ornery to remove and could differ front to rear.

I'm not familiar with Peerless equipment- looks to be a southern thing- but you might be able to track one down in your neck of the woods.

I'll bet any amount you care to match that Peerless didn't make their own hubs so, if Peerless is a dead end, then I'd research thru Shoup.

That is some good advice, you won't have many dollars tied up/ would be money well spent if it gets you off the side of the road in an hour instead of a day.
