Southeast WI | I'm surprised air booms exist anywhere as they went the way of the dodo bird here a few decades ago. Properly operated they are great. The problem with those is maintenance and material caking up in the hoses leading to streaky spread, nozzles not putting out any product, etc. It takes operators to run these machines, not drivers and most places are lucky to hire drivers.
How come we never hear from any custom operators trying to explain away what happened in these situations?
