Central Iowa | SomnoDent. It’s a custom made to fit mouth piece you wear while sleeping. Only available by prescription from a Doctor. A dentist takes a 3D image of your teeth/mouth, sends it to the lab that makes your mouth piece. My wife and I both have them. Works great! No snoring. Not cheap, but worth it. We both were prescribed cpap machines at first. Neither one of us could stand the cpap. Hope you find a solution, we did.
