East Central South Dakota | I can agree with you, but in practicality, I think we have become so dependent on Government, Capitalism is almost dead. I have said many times on this board, Government will never let people fail or suffer anymore. Your commitment to free trade only works if everyone plays by the same rules and the field is level. The problem is nobody wants to rely on others for critical industries or pet projects and a little protectionism leads to all out unfair trade practices. Free trade means free trade for everyone. We are probably on the same page; I am just more cynical on the Capitalism side of things. I think that battle has been lost, and we are close to losing the war.
