John,you are making Americano's buy diluting 2 shots of espresso with boiling water.It is the one I choose when forced into a fancy coffee shop.Always HOT!.I enjoy your posts despite there always being objections from others. Whom may or may not be a bit jealous of your abilities to allow us all info to digest.
