If everything worked and has just stopped working, restart your router, modem, and tv and see what happens. I know you said you phone works on wifi but, sometimes just one computer or tv will not be working well on wifi and everything else does. Restarting everything has cured lots of problems for me.
Yes, unplug router / modem and unplug the wires to it . . . at least for 30 seconds. Same with TV's and PC
