No. Regulated/Transmission system pressure is one and the same thing and comes off of one of the gear pump. Low-pressure standby and high-pressure standby are the operating limit pressures of the piston pump.

All the remote valves and the hitch valve use regulated pressure for pilot pressure to move spools in the valves to direct signal & piston pump output pressure where it needs to go.

You need both regulated pressure and standby pressures to make those valves all work properly. If regulated pressure is low, the spools will not move properly.
