Due to the different ways that companies calculate the direction North (True North, Magnetic North, etc.) there may be a slight shift in guidance lines when transferring them between displays.
Guidance Lines
Generally, most companies that have guidance products create and manage their guidance formats differently. For instance, John Deere uses “Magnetic North” while most other companies use “True North” when determining where North is. AutoFarm uses a different reference system than any of the other companies that is focused around a base station
and they use Cartesian coordinates for their positions. Ag Leader uses True North.
