And hypothetically if I was a current or former employee, would you not think that there might be an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) that would prevent me legally from sharing these items? If your GM/CEO of your coop was misusing funds and there was knowledge of it, and said GM/CEO was protected by the board would you prefer the whistle blower to remain silent or share "unsubstantiated allegations" that might get others to speak up and start an investigation and stop the bleeding? There is a reason why patronage hasn't been paid out to the members and those members need to start to speak up and replace the current board.
