| Went to a foot doctor other day and was discussing foot issues. Near end of appointment he brings up restless legs. I said mine are severe and it runs in the family.
He suggested a trial new habit to try. He said do NOT eat anything after 6 pm till like 6 or 7am. I thought that seemed silly but I did try it a few days and so far there is a difference of day and night.
He said it gives time for sugar and carb loads to settle down before bedtime. I am going to try going to bed earlier also so not so tired all day. | |
