RTK capable GNSS receivers can be bought as a stand alone "box" that does NTRIP/etc, or just a receiver that needs a PC to "drive it".
Two of mine are stand alone, and price wise, I think lower cost and fewer headaches, but YMMV.
No matter which route is taken, a learning curve is required. This ain't plug-n-play
