Subject: RE: Reccomendations for a lever action centerfire rifle

I like lever action rifles but I'm not a Henry fan. Everything I have in lever action is Marlin or Winchester (45/70, 444, 356, 45 Colt, 44Magnum, and 22LR). My varmint rifle is a Ruger #1V in 22/250. My son uses an AR15 with a special scope for coyotes but his favorite is a Savage bolt action in 204 Ruger. Suppressors really help when hunting coyotes. 22 Magnums will take care of a lot of pests. 357s are fun to shoot but I prefer 44 or bigger. I put a peep sight on every lever action I have but my 22/250 has a good 3x9 scope.
