Any of those should be easy to source...45 colt is likely the cheapest or maybe 38 Special. I haven't bought either of those in the last 10 years, I have plenty of both.

I would also call none of those "rifle" calibers, but pistol carbine calibers.

If you wanted a TRUE Centerfile rifle, then .30-30 would be the cheapest and most readily available of about any caliber, or .45-70, but that's not cheap really for a lot of loads.

They also make some lever actions in .223 and .308 and both of those would be very easily available as well.
