I truly hope you don't need to go into the transmission pump itself. On a 4630 I don't think there room to remove the rockshaft housing without removing the cab or roll guard. I did it recently on 4655, but that cab sits a little higher off the transmission, and even so I had to loosen the cab mounts and tip it forward raising the rear 1-1/2". It was tight even so.


4630 cab sits the same height off the axles as a 4650. We had to pull the rockshaft on our late 4630. As you said, you have to jack up the back of the cab just a little to get it out.
