sw corner ia. | my old 10-61 is at least ten years old and it is still on the original bottom bearing, although it is on it second screw.
I turned the bottom bearing holder 90 degrees so the zerk pointed to one side, cut a hole in the shield for a grease gun and grease regularly. These are large bearings that turn pretty slow and should last a very long time with lube. The way it was delivered to me the zerk pointed down toward the drawbar and was too close to even get grease to go in there. | |
