Antenna or receiver? Or you're talking the same piece. 

The ones that have a separate antenna you can stick up high that doesn't matter if it moves like JD RTK I've not seen issues with metal near that. But the actual GPS receiver is lower down somewhere and not on metal roof or bin and that's where the actual multi-path would come from without issue
