We do custom baling & wrapping of both round & square bales. Since we need equipment to handle wrapped bales we use loaders on 120 hp tractors equiped with bales grabbers that sqeeze the bales without damaging the wrap. You need a loader/tractor with 3rd function on the joy stick to do it properly.A good operator can move alot of bales in an hour with a tractor/loader & couple of wagons. Watching the video posted above I would bet faster than 3 at a time. Around here we couldn't stack hay like that, it would spoil in a couple of months from rain water getting into the bales. Nice rig for a single person to move bales though. Agree with you, that wrapped bales really preserves the quality of the forage, need to use a good preservative (inoculant) & good quality plastic if you want good feed. We move wrapped bales all year around with the grabbers & wagons or trucks with no problems. Just have to learn how to stack wrapped bales differently if you plan on moving them again without damaging the wrap, ie in straight single rows, with a gap to get the grabber in between the bales without riping the plastic on the next bale. Long enough reply here, if you want more info or opinion my e-mail works....
