John Burns - 2/28/2025 06:53 Meh. Standard talking points. If a person listened to many of my video link posts over the last 6 years, all those points would be shown to be incorrect with references and case studies in the description under the video. It always boils down to "who do you believe?". You can find research, particularly epidemiology studies that can't prove causaion, that will support about anything you want to believe. My personal experience leads me to believe a set of doctors and researchers that have a vastly different view. My personal experience does not support the bullet claims you provided. But then I am not a doctor, nutritionist or researcher. Edit: it is true that I don't eat a total carnivore diet. Probably only 90-95%. I still have some plant foods.

One thing that the article touched on is eating at friends or eating at restaurants.  I don't refuse to eat something at a friends home or don't quit going to restaurants, whether right or wrong I am of the opinion that an infusion of carbs once in a while isn't going to upset some balance I've achieved.  Additionally if you recall my post of what I eat there was my noon salad which my intestines seem to require.  I've lost 30+ pounds since July and feel good.  My upcoming annual doctor visit will be interesting for changes in multiple areas.

It is a pet peeve of mine that some obese person will go on a diet and then proclaim that they just can't eat most of the food at a gathering, as if one mean will suddenly make them gain 10 pounds.  Exclusions for diabetics or other gastrointestinal problem plagued.
