Western illinois | i had a 6180 with the seed stop system. it shut off 3 rows at a time
on a 12 row. for the most part, it worked well. dealer installed a couple
of the butterflies a little crooked in the air tube and they would occasionally
stick closed. then i had to get out and tap the air tube to get them to open.
that was a pain. never had a failure with the system components themselves
though. the other poster is correct about the lag time to refill the seed disc.
not a big deal, it doesn't take long to figure out when to turn it back on.
