| This is the advice I needed, I appreciate it. I have actually been the one making decisions on when to sell the past two years. There's a few other things too but I don't think there's much I'd be unfamiliar with. Nothing that can't be related to something that I already do on my own like handling finances for my own life and taxes.
I wish I started 5 years ago too but then I don't think he wanted to retire he never talked about it. Never even mentioned wanting to quit. His age is catching up now. To add, he's always been young at heart and his age wasn't on anyone's mind really. Odd to say I know
