North Central MN. Wolf Lake | How about a bunker silo? My father built bunker silos in 1996 by digging slots through a small hill and poured concrete floors still using today. Hill was mostly clay so the side walls held there shape. I can get you a pic tomorrow if you want.
Maybe use concrete blocks or Jerseys barriers to make sidewalls and backfill to keep stable and keep a drive over pile with a manageable face.
We feed more animal but a person could easily build bunkers with a smaller face then we have. |
