northwest IL Lee Co | I got a couple of clutches from tru-count that mounted right next to the transmission on a 5100. It was not cheap, about $700 5 years ago. This stopped the drive shaft from turning, the seeds did not fall out of the seed disk and stopped the insecticide. I liked it because I could shut off the entire planter when going through waterways and I did not have to stop when turning on the ends, just hit the switches and downshift. Worked great. I always thought this worked just as well as GPS row shut-offs that cost 10 times as much. | |
