If they are divorced, they may set the bar pretty low.
I know my second wife did.
I overlook a lot of things that would have been a problem when I was younger, I am sure she does also.
She is happy I provide a good living, don't run around and try and treat her well. If I miss a birthday, so be it.
If I happen to take out the trash, or clean a bit, that is a bonus.
I am thrilled she is not running all night with other men, has not yet tried to kill me ( to my knowledge) and generally tries to carry her own end of the deal. | |
